5. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode v2
The website uses Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Ltd) to manage centrally the execution of analytics and marketing tags. GTM alone does not install analytics/marketing cookies: the GA4 cookies listed in §4 are installed only after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner.
Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented: the default state for the categories analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization is denied until you express your consent through the banner.
6. Server-side tracking (Measurement Protocol)
When you successfully complete a contact form (chauffeur service, contact, newsletter), our server sends a generate_lead event directly to Google Analytics through the Measurement Protocol. This transmission:
- occurs only after you have given explicit consent to data processing in the form;
- contains only the form name and the browsing language, no identifying personal data from the form content;
- is configured with
non_personalized_ads: trueto reduce advertising profiling.
7. Events sent by our booking partner
The e-commerce booking system (accessible from the “Book now” CTA) is hosted by a third-party technology partner that sends GA4 Enhanced Ecommerce events (e.g. page_view, view_item, add_to_cart, purchase) to our Google Tag Manager container. This partner manages its own consent system, independent of our banner: for the specific consent options and rights on that system, please refer to the cookie and privacy policy of booking.autonoleggiodipaola.com.
