Shuttle Bus from Rometta Marea to Catania Airport

The shuttle bus departs from the A20 Motorway Junction (Casello Autostradale A20), Rometta Marea (ME). This is the standard pickup point for all passengers boarding at Rometta.

The junction is well signposted from the main roads and from the A20. If you are in Rometta town centre, allow about 10 minutes to drive down to the junction, then add at least 10 minutes in hand before the scheduled departure time.

The relatively short journey makes Rometta one of the more flexible starting points — you have more run options that still give you comfortable airport time compared to passengers departing from Patti or Portorosa.
