Shuttle Bus from Catania Airport to Messina

At Catania Fontanarossa Airport, locate the shuttle bus in three steps:

1. Exit the arrivals terminal and turn left through the automatic doors.
2. Follow the "Terminal Bus" signs posted along the walkway leading to the coach area.
3. Find the Autonoleggio Di Paola driver holding the company sign — they will be at Terminal Bus ahead of the 23:20 departure.

If you cannot locate the driver immediately, send a WhatsApp to +39 331 617 2407. Note: standard support hours are 09:00–20:00. For the R6-bis late night run, if you have any concerns, raise them during the day or before boarding.

Have your booking confirmation ready. The driver checks all passengers before the R6-bis departs, as it is a night run with two Messina drop-offs.

If your flight is delayed and you are worried about making the R6-bis, contact us as early as possible — ideally while you are still at the departure airport.

Send a WhatsApp to +39 331 617 2407. If your flight lands late enough that you can still reach Terminal Bus before 23:20, we will confirm your seat is held. If you are going to miss the R6-bis entirely, we will discuss the options with you — which may include the private hire service.

The shuttle bus fare from Catania Airport to Messina is €22 per person, the same for both drop-off points (On The Run and Boccetta).
