How do I book the shuttle bus to Catania Airport?
Directly from this page: choose your route, date, time and number of passengers, then complete the booking online. You will receive a confirmation by email within a few minutes.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you are travelling from the airport to one of our stops, the shuttle runs on the published timetable: for heavily delayed flights we recommend boarding the next available run. For our private chauffeur service (NCC) we track your flight in real time and wait up to 60 minutes after landing at no extra cost.
How much luggage can I bring?
One checked bag (up to 20 kg) and one piece of hand luggage per passenger are included in the standard fare. For extra luggage, skis, bicycles or pushchairs, please contact us before departure to make sure space is available.
Do I have to book in advance or can I just hop on?
Booking is required: shuttle seats are limited and often sell out, especially on weekends and during high season. We recommend booking at least 24 hours before departure.
How do I pay for the service?
Online by credit card at the time of booking, or by bank transfer for business clients. An electronic invoice is available on request. There are no hidden fees: the price you see is the final price.
